That’s right folks!! We are so excited for our first ever Spooktacular! Halloween is definately my favorite holiday and I am certainly hoping to make this an annual event.

Are you interested in vending at our Spooktacular? Read on!

The Vintage Flea Spooktacular will be taking place on Saturday, October 27th at the VFW Post 1318 on the corner of John Nolen Drive and Lakeside St. (133 E. Lakeside). This is a great location with easy access off of the beltline highway.

We will be utilizing the upstairs and downstairs banquet rooms for this event. Booths will be approximately 9 x 6 and will include a six foot banquet table and chairs if you choose to use them. Booths can be set up the night before from 5-10pm and / or from 8:30 – 10 the following morning. The show runs from 10-4pm.

The bar will open throughout the event with food and drink options for purchase.

We are hoping to have some fun Halloween items at this sale but you certainly are not required to. You can even have this as a bit of a ‘pre sale’ for some of your holiday items.

This show is first come first serve and limited to 22 vendors. To register please send the following info to
Registration info:
Name and business name if applicable
Website if you have one
Phone number
General product description
Logo (attach logo if you have one)

We will also have a little contest that customers can vote for their favorite vendor costume. You are not required to wear one, it is just for fun!! The customers will be entered into a drawing for voting and the vendor with the most votes will also win a prize. For prizes we will be donating some fun goodies and will also be asking vendors if they would like to (again, not required!!).

I am looking forward to a great event and hope to hear from you all soon!
